Almost wordless Wednesday

January 4, 2012

Do you ever feel like you woke up on the wrong side of the bed and no matter how hard you try, you just can’t quite seem to shake the foggy feeling in your head? I’m afraid today is one of those days for me. I haven’t slept very well ever since we came back from the US and it is catching up with me. I think I would have adjusted perfectly except that Ben and I stayed up late our first night back for New Year’s Eve, and again two nights ago to listen to the Wisconsin Badgers American football team play in the Rose Bowl…which turned out to be very disappointing. 😦 Hopefully tonight will be a better night in terms of sleeping and by tomorrow I am sure I will feel a lot better.

But in the meantime, I came across these pictures from Ben and my recent trips to the US when I was working on my year in review posts (and a photo book for my mom for Christmas), and on this chilly, grey day in Manchester, it is particularly fun to look back on these. Therefore, I decided to go for another almost wordless Wednesday. πŸ™‚

I am looking forward to a relaxing evening and hopefully, a good night of sleep tonight! I hope all of you are having a good day!

I hope you get some good rest tonight. It never helps when you are behind on sleep and then can’t get caught up. I’m just trying to get through the week and hopefully there will be some great catch up sleep for me this weekend! Love the photos! Keep your chin up!
